It is reported that Apple has bought a campus in Austin Texas for $304 Million. And the campus will help make 3,600 jobs over the next decade. This is very exciting news.
The existing buildings and employees are reportedly focused mainly on administrative duties, and a few related to chip engineering. Apple said that the new campus will be used for in customer support, sales, and accounting. Not that exciting but those jobs are important to the apple.com Corporation.
Apple’s increasing software base and customer responsibilities. If this all pans out Perry will have successfully created thousands of jobs and revenue for the area of Austin.
