Well I have been in the web development and online SEO and SEM for years and there are a lot of tools that SEO professionals use for different things. Some of them use tools that you may not have ever heard of but can be useful.

I will share some tools that I used that can be of value to any SEO professional.

The first one would have to be keyword discovery because every SEO professional knows how important it is to have the right keywords and this tool will help you find out how many people have search the keyword you are going after.

The second tool that I use is Quora.com to help me find things that I want to write on they have a list of questions people ask on numerous topics that may make it easier for you to write on a subject that people are interested in.

The third tool I use is hoot suite for all my social media promotions, no SEO professional just writes content for the fun of it and doesn’t want to have their great work found.

I also use Google analytics to track where my visitors are coming from and what their using my site for, it can be a very handy tool to any one doing SEO for any professional.

The last two tools that I use for SEO are web master tools and Search Engine Watch. Now you may be asking why search engine watch and its simple I use them as a resource for break news in the SEO and SEM word and they have a lot of great SEO advice for any one that is trying out SEO for the first time.
